Race Schedule

Last day to transfer entries – Wednesday, Sept 18th

Early Packet Pickup – Saturday, Sept 20th

Sunday – Sept 21st

• 6:30 – 7:30AM: Race Day Packet Pickup, on site at the race start area
• 7:30AM: Packet Pickup is CLOSED, you must check in prior to 7:30AM to participate so please plan accordingly
• 8:00AM: 5K Start (wave start)
• Awards will begin immediately following the event. Overall awards will be presented when the top finishers are posted, Age Group awards will be presented and can be claimed at any time after winners are finalized.  We do our best to present awards as soon as possible so our racers can move on to their other holiday activities.

You will start and finish within Great Lawn Park, we do not utilize any roadways for this event.  Krispy Kreme Doughnut Stops are at approximately Mile 1 and Mile 2 with a water and gatorade stop around the midpoint of the course.

A FEW QUICK FAQ’s

• EVERYONE must be registered including kids. The only exception is kids 3 and under in strollers that are not participating.
• Wheelchairs and Strollers are welcome, however no other wheels are allowed (wagons, bikes, scooters, etc.). PLEASE BE AWARE that the Great Lawn course includes some sections of gravel road. These are passable for wheelchairs and strollers but make sure you plan accordingly.
• We do have discounted pricing for kids 10 and under.
• For the safety and comfort of all of our racers, pets are not allowed.
• This event WILL SELL OUT, please make sure your group or family all register together so no one gets left out.
