Saturday November 9th (evening race)

  • 2:30PM-3:30PM: Packet Pickup (all packets MUST be picked up by 3:30PM)
  • 3:35PM: Shirt exchange and sales based on availability
  • 4:00PM: Race Start
    • This race will start in small waves based on runner pace.

Is it a run? Is it a party? It’s a little of both actually!  It’s Shot in the Dark… so it’s whatever you want it to be! Oh, and yes you can walk.  Celebrate an otherwise boring Saturday afternoon and make it a Happy Hour! Come join us for the 5th annual SHOT in the Dark 5K…a LIMITED event for just the cool kids! (note: everyone has to be  21+ (no children, no strollers) so make sure you don’t delay to get your spot to the party!  

  • Shot in the Dark Finisher Flask Medal presented to all registered participants at the finish line, the unique 8oz flask in a beautiful matte black finish on the Shot in the Dark sublimated ribbon
  • Your whiskey will be poured and waiting for you in your custom Shot in the Dark shot glass that you will take home after the race. (** please note that shot glasses are NOT dishwasher safe**)
  • Optional super soft race shirts available to add to your registration:

Overall and Age Group Awards

All FINISHERS will receive the Shot in the Dark flask finisher medal. (This is a live event only – we do not host virtual events) 

Awards will be presented to the overall Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female runners.

Our Age Group Awards will be presented in the following categories:

  • Top 3 male and female in the following aged groups: 21-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
  • Please check your results and plan to pick up your Aged Group award at the awards table before you leave.
  • Note: Age groups may be added or deleted depending on the number of racers in each category.
